At Baldivis Wellness Studio, our diverse range of reformer Pilates classes is designed to help everyone—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner—enhance strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Our skilled instructors guide you through exercises that improve posture, core stability, and overall fitness. Virtual Pilates

Kiosk Pilates is included in your 14-day trial with 2 self-guided passes, available after completing your 3 mandatory instructor-led Reformer classes. These passes allow you to drop in for a Virtual guided session at a scheduled time, giving you flexibility while still ensuring safety and confidence on the equipment. Please note, this trial does not include unrestricted door-access sessions.

Infrared Sauna Session

Enjoy a complimentary 30-minute infrared sauna session as part of your 14-day trial. This deeply relaxing experience uses gentle infrared heat to warm the body from within, helping to support muscle recovery, improve circulation, and promote detoxification.
